The kitchen has all the necessary equipment in case you want to cook something, along with a large refrigerator with space for all guests to store their items, each with their numbered compartment. Federico is a very friendly and attentive person, he sent the information about the house two days in advance, providing all the step-by-step instructions to access the accommodation and use the facilities.

I even received an upgrade without asking as the owner could see I'd had a big day. I was also offered an airport transfer for my return the airport the following day at a competitive and reasonable price. Thanks again for your kindness.

He genuinely loves his work and that shows in his interactions with the people in the hostel (even when some of them are more demanding). His energy creates an incredible family-like atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to interact with other solo travelers, eat together, chill together and more. This was my 3rd time in the hostel and everything is as I remember - clean spaces, rooms, spacious dorms, huge private room, nice pool and outside area, great kitchen, always available toilets/bathrooms. Bonus: The neighbourhood is probably the most interesting, while still being super safe ones in Santiago. It's got good coffee, food, vibes and more all within a few blocks. I plan to be back everytime I spend a few days in Santiago.
