The owner is amazing and was always happy to help me with anything I needed. The room and the facilities in the building are spotless and there was even housekeeping provided every day. The breakfast was basic but was more than enough to get me started, and the owner prepares breakfast for each room based on when in the morning they would like to have it at (even if it is early in the morning), which I thought was such a nice thing to do.

Hostal Baquedano ligger i centrum af Puerto Natales, 500 meter fra byens hovedtorv og 600 meter fra busstationen. Samtlige værelser har eget badeværelse med bruser. The hostal is family owned and the family is so kind and knowledgeable about the area. I felt like they really looked out for me and my best interests in every way. I hope everyone can enjoy their kind interactions and friendliness like I did. I loved the hospitality, the hot showers, the comfortable bed, big breakfast, and help to get going to Torres del Paine. Highly recommend.

The staff here totally made the experience, what lovely people! Very comfortable and high quality stay, the small touches of having shampoo and towels made a massive difference, feels more like a hotel x hostel. Breakfast quite basic but what you'd expect in South America, proper coffee at breakfast gives it an extra star from me

Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.
