Lakeside Inn Guilin Central has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Guilin. David is a great host, super informative, very helpful and accommodating. He even gave me a call and checked in on me when I didn't show up after a day due to some spontaneous plan making! Caring, attentive and kind.

Yangshuo Sudder Street Guesthouse features modern accommodation and an outdoor pool. The property offers free WiFi and free access to on-site parking. Like the location not far from the center, additional facilities: loundry, swimming pool, bike, scooter rental. Especially liked the staff: extremely kind and helpfull, have helped organize all our daily trip around the country. Recommending to all travelers.

Eden Inn offers a European standard of Service and Cleanliness. We pride ourselves in the highest standard of Cleanliness and Value for Money in the whole Yangshuo area. The stay at Yang Shuo Eden Inn was absolutely delightful. The hosts are wonderful, offering to take me to try a local delicacy as I was traveling by myself and going out of their way to help with purchasing tickets, renting bikes and giving directions. They also organized a transfer from Yang Shuo railway station and the transfer to Guilin airport, which I recommend booking as it makes your life a lot easier. Since they cater mostly to foreigners, they are aware of the issues foreign tourists face in China sometimes and are very accommodating and ready to help you figure things out if you need. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast - local noodles in a nearby restaurant - is absolutely delicious. The location of the accommodation is very conveniently located near the river and major attractions, but downtown Yang Shuo is also easily reached by either bicycle or scooter. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here, even if you are traveling by yourself, you will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home!

Guilin Cyan Box Guest House có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở Quế Lâm. We were so warmly welcomed at this youth hostel! The first thing that amazed us was how much care they showed towards us. They immediately noticed one of us had an injured ankle and they carried all of our heavy luggage and bags upstairs to our room. They gave us city maps, exchange phone numbers, introduced us to their adorable kitten and dog...and just made us feel so welcome and like family right away. Thank you so much to all the staff for your extra care! You all are amazing and we are still grateful for everything you did for us. When we were checking out, a guy from staff even came up to our room and helped us to carry our luggage back down! That was so incredible thoughtful and attentive. Out of all the hotels and rooms we stayed during our trip, this place took the best care of us! Our 7 year old daughter loved the staff too. She gave everyone hugs, took pictures and had so much fun. Hi Grey Hostel Xingping có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và quầy bar ở Dương Sóc. Best location if you're coming from Guilin City by train . Upon arrival at Yangshuo Railway Station . Upon exit take the Bus ( 5 yuan) going to Xiping bus station..The hostel is just a 2 minutes walk.The hostel is at the back of the main road.So very quiet.Many Restaurants nearby and just a minute walk at the main road.The owner doesn't speak much English but He is always smiling..All the information is posted on the wall .The best hike is to go to Laozhai Hill. The main entrance is near the ferry and boat tours in Li River and about 550 meters from the hostel.20-30 minutes hike to the highest View point. The bamboo boats are across the bridge near Xiping Ancient city . The room and bathroom is clean.bed is comfy. There's a filtered water to drink.

Inspired by Chinese architecture, This Old Place International Youth Hostel offers affordable riverside accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The place was clean and light, though not too busy given the time of year (March). Most impressive was the host who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering to help wherever she could. A wonderful addition to my stay in Xingping!
