Ralph was very helpful, arranged for me transportation from airport and the return to railway station, which make it very comfortable. He also gave me a lot information about the park and bought for me the tickets without any extra cost. And he speaks a very good English! Rooms are clean and perfect to visit the park.

Having lockers inside the room was a huge plus for security and peace of mind. A really nice touch upon arrival was receiving shower gel, toilet paper, slippers, and a toothbrush – perfect when you're trying to pack light! What really stood out was their understanding of female travelers' needs. During an unexpected situation, I found myself without essential feminine hygiene products. I hesitantly asked a female staff member if they had any available for purchase or if she knew where I could get some nearby. To my immense relief and appreciation, she discreetly provided me with what I needed free of charge. Overall, I felt very safe, respected, and well taken care of here. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I recommend this hostel highly enough to other women traveling alone.

Across the hostel, there's breakfast place and supermarket that sells some breads. It really felt like home away from home.
