The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us a full debrief on the area, answering all of our questions and providing us with free waterproof clothing for hiking. The hotel itself is lovely and the room we had was our favourite so far in Colombia. We had the whole top floor to ourselves and the room was impeccably clean and traditionally decorated with everything we needed. There was also free water, coffee and tea all day which is a lovely touch.

The coffee tour was also a great experience and I hope to come back again soon to spend more time in this beautiful countryside.
