The rooms are fine (a bit noisy), and they are cleaned everyday. Also the breakfast was delicious. Shoutout to John and his wife!

The owners are absolutely lovely. The breakfast in the garden was great. The room is simple but very comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean and the sower was great.

The owners Juan and Caro are incredible friendly and helpful. The property is a few kilometers outside of the town of Salento, but there's a bus that comes every 20mins. We preferred to be a bit more in the nature, so it was a perfect for us. The building is quite new and was designed by Juan himself. It has a jungle treehouse kind of feel. There is a Jacuzzi to use at nighttime, which is perfect to relax after hiking the Cocora Valley. Also there's a fireplace to cosy up next to in the evening. They have 2 beautiful dogs that are very sweet and friendly. There's drinks and food available, but if you want a party hostel vibe, this isn't the place for you. There's places in Salento if you want that. All in all, Casa Mochila was an amazing place to stay and I will be dreaming about it for years to come. Thank you Juan and Caro!!!

Beautiful surroundings. The kind hostest made it feel like home. There is a short trail to a waterfall and a trail where you can see a view.

The hostel is bright, colorful and pottlessly clean. There are so many spaces for chilling and relaxing. A huge "living room, with comfortable sofas and a big dinning table. There is a hime cinema room (I watched 4 movies in three days), a video game and a billard space. The kitchen is incredible. The staff is absolutely lovely and makes you feel right at home. If you are missing the comfort of your home after traveling (for very long) this is the place to be and relax. Manizales itself is a lovely city as well. Dorms are huge, beds are a bit hard but I found them comfortable. Big lockers for everyone. The only thing I would advise is to bring earplugs, but really, who travels without them? The dorms face the street and it can be a little loud at night.

Set in Salento, 26 km from Santa Rosa de Cabal, Hostal Familiar Jerico features free WiFi access. Certain units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Marta and Hugo were friendly and welcoming hosts! I enjoyed chatting with them throughout my stay. Marta provided some good recommendations for activities and restaurants around town as well. Good location ~ 2 blocks to the main street of town. The breakfast provided each morning (fruit, bread, coffee), as well as the filtered water, was much appreciated.
