Travellers hostel is a fantastic place to stay in San Gil. The location is great, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, everything is clean and well equipped (also the kitchen). I particularly liked the breakfast (option 2) and the many social areas, like a boardgame/ping-pong area, co-working space and the pool. I would definitely visit the hostel again.

Camilo and Eliza were very kind and attentive. A great bunch of people. Guane the dog is really cute. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a really nice touch. Top notch place, will stay once again when I visit Barichara in the future.

One of the best hostels I stayed in over 6 months of travel. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. There is so much to experience in the area and they will help you with everything. The hostel is really social with nightly activities, but also quiet and relaxed. There is a gorgeous garden, hammocks, pool/hot tub, nice kitchen, free coffee, and hot showers. I extended my stay multiple times.

It's a quiet place, surrounding by nature. We met a friendly dog and cat. The owner was not present but managed to provide what was needed for a good stance.
