Great place for families with kids. We even got invited to the dinner with Juan - the owner of the property, and his wonderful wife and friends. Plus we also got a free excursion in the sorrounding garden where Juan grows mangos, avocados, blackberries and meny other fruits. Absolutely recommend.

Incredibly kind host and volunteers, will go out of their way to help you and generally there's a cozy home-like atmosphere. The place is quite new, so super tidy and neat, with a very well equipped kitchen! Got great recommendations for acitivities and had an overall wonderful stay. Can recommend!!

The hostel owner was super chill and gave me great recommendations for food and places to see. She also helped me modify my Jeep-Boat-Jeep booking and arrange a local hike that was one of the highlights of my trip. plus it has the BEST VIEW OF THE VOLCANO on their balcony, which I put in my review. Chico (95% sure that’s his name) was also one of the friendliest cats I met. I put a photo of him as well.
