Arcari Garden Hostel is located just 400 metres from Tortuguero National Park, just a few steps from the sea shores and features free WiFi access is available in all areas. The verandah above our room was a tucked away sanctuary with a lovely breeze that we enjoyed whiling away some time on watching the world go by. Staff were helpful and the tours we did fun. Particularly Andreas night tour. He was so informative and excited by nature.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I felt right at home thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful natural surroundings, and the charm of the property. I want to give a very special mention to Daniela Mejías, who made my experience truly exceptional. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care for guests make a remarkable difference. Daniela was always ready to help, answered all my questions with patience, and offered great recommendations about the area. Team members like her elevate the quality of the stay and make you want to return. The hostel is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature, and meeting fellow travelers. The common areas are clean and inviting, the beds are comfortable, and the overall vibe is wonderful. I highly recommend this hostel, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. I stayed at this hostel/hotel for 5 days, I was in a dorm and I can say the most comfortable bed ever! It was clean and brand new with big lockers, AC and a big fan with toilets and bathrooms inside each room and a beautiful balcony over the patio where you have many animals coming every day like monkeys and macaws! The people working there are the best 💚 It also has a restaurant and bar with a dock that’s amazing to watch sunset. I honestly could live there it was so green, clean, beautiful and new.
