I came as a guest and decided to stay as a volunteer. I sincerely enjoyed my time soaking in the nature and wildlife. There is so much hiking you can do, I recommend staying at least a few nights to enjoy it thoroughly. A special thanks to Ron the owner for his kindness and the other volunteers and guests for a beautiful experience. I look forward to coming again!

The vibe is calm and authentic, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the “pura vida” lifestyle. Everything was very clean, and their sweet cat added an extra touch of charm

The location was fairly quiet as there wasn't much road traffic going by. There was AC and the shower had hot water, which my wife loved. The kitchen was an ample size and had everything we needed; even Tupperware to keep our extra food so we didn't leave it in the pans. The rooms didn't feel cramped and had shelf space to put our things. The beds we're comfy and the towels were soft. The covered common area outside the kitchen was a great place to eat and for my wife to work. We would stay here again.

Nothing fancy, just connection to Costa Rica beautiful nature ! Comfy beds, everything you need, waking up with birds in the middle of the garden. Heyner’s family is so nice, his wife is cooking a great breakfast and dinner. They booked the mangrove trip which was amazing and we had horseback riding with Heyner. It was a great experience . We will definitely come back!!

Located in Manuel Antonio, on the way to the beach (1.5 km from the town of Quepos). Hostel Plinio offers an outdoor pool, shared kitchen, lounge areas, game room, restaurant and free WiFi. Amazing view from the top roof apartment. there was no glass in the bedroom window just a nest so you could hear all the birds singing all day long. it is also close to the road so the cars and motorbikes make a bit of noise while climbing up the hill. There is everything you need : pool , restaurant with bar and variety of food both traditional and universal at reasonable price. staff is very helpful and support on everything : tours , laundry etc. the whole building is arranged beautifully. breakfast is a choice of : traditional, granola with jogurth, pancakes , French toast. Wi-Fi works perfectly.
