You also have big kitchen available to prepare your best delicious dish I would like to be there to taste :P

Close to a big supermarket and some local restaurants. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen, and dining area. The staff was nice and let me stay in the room until night to wait for the night ferry.

The location is perfect for business: WiFi is good, and all government services are within 2minutes walk. (immigration, tax office, municipality, chamber of commerce for opening company, tribunal, lawyers, bank). For good breakfast, there is opposite hotel a Panideira bread shop place, very well priced too. A supermarket is opposite the Panideira. If they add just 1 water kettle (for cooking water) in the big lobby (after when the bar is closed) and just 1 hairdryer also in lobby, the stay would be even better - but it was not promised, so this is just my suggestion ;) - , and this extra, would be without costing the hotel anything :) :)
