Great experience, comfortable enough for this type of place. In June it was not cold, probably could differ depending on the month. Location is exceptional - 20 meters from the old town.

Hostel John Galt is located in the centre of Brno, only 400 metres from Brno Main Railway Station and a 5-minute walk from Freedom Square. The staff were very helpful and amazing.

Even though the exterior looked like from the old times (not really a negative aspect), the interior was newly refurbished. The design simple yet practical and I was particularly impressed by the bathrooms. It gave a luxurious impression. Breakfast was rich and as a bonus, the traditional little pies were simply delicious. I can imagine staying in this place with my family too. Highly recommended place.

Very friendly stuff. Everything just renovated and new. Super clean and on the high level. In the morning we found help from stuff and were given kitchen to prepare breakfast and coffee. Excellent place.

Location was perfect; right on the main square of Mikulov. I was very lucky and had the room all to myself (had a 6 bed dorm). Loved the fridge in the room. Was very clean. Ddin't see the host, but she responded quickly on messages, and she allowed me to keep my bags in the room for a few hours after checkout.
