The sweetest lady welcomed us, she was warm, helpful, and really took care of us. The rooms were super comfortable, and both breakfast and lunch were included (we even got to pick the time!). Lunch packets were available for just $3, which was perfect for hiking days. Bonus points for the cozy common room with lots of games and even a fireplace. Highly recommend!

Jose and the staffs are genuinely taking care of you, before and after your trip. They gave us detailed guidance how to reach there, and what to do during the hike to the Quilotoa. It is beautiful scenic road that you should not be missed. We also experienced the horse back riding to the cloud forest and villages! It is a beautiful experience, highly recommended!
