A new looking hostel that offers a clean environment, a great kitchen and an excellent breakfast. The dorm room was spacious and not overcrowded, the bathroom was quite big, clean, and offered hot water. The rooftop terrace is quite nice to relax, have a cigarette and enjoy the view of the city. The staff was very helpful and helped us get our sim card working. The hostel is located at around 10-15 minutes walking from the city centre.

Great location, the room can do with modernisation but overall it's ok with hot water available when needed in the shower. Breakfast provided and is adequate. They have a roof terrace with great views of the mountains. The staff are great and serve with a genuine smile. Diego will arrange for any treks ,hikes and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great time on my trek . Thank you to the staff for making my stay comfortable.

I felt safe walking during the day to the main cathedral and parque. The natural beauty of the area is a plus, as Ibarra is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

There are several decks and rooftop areas making the Hostal seem huge and luxurious. Excellent and clean shared kitchen (they're usually not clean, this one is). Rooms are cozy and fairly big. Very secure, extremely professional and well organized staff. Quiet. Strong wifi.
