He helped us book a tour to the lakes, gave us instructions to get to "Nariz del Diablo" by walking on the mountain, and even gave us a lift to the bus station. I highly recommend this place.

This time I also used a driver they recommended and he was super nice 🙂

Beds have 4 fleecy blankets on. We had a shared bathroom and you only shared with one other room. Absolutely spotlessly clean! The bathroom was cleaned before we even got up. We had washing done, which was done in just a few hours and smelt great. Breakfast was really good value. Definitely recommend paying a small price for this. The location was good, bars and restaurants close by. Easy to get into the old town. Bus terminal a little but far but very easy to get a bus too. Hotel itself very safe and secure with a gate and locked door which is manned 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A clean, comfortable and central location amongst everything that is going on in Quito but without the bustle of some of the crazier hostels. A well renovated, tasteful and brightly furnished town house with staff who couldnt do enough to make my short stay pleasant and comfortable.
