I came 6 months ago and everyone remembered me. Now is a new member: ATWA. Cutest cat in Egypt. Breakfast is included and they have the most delicious mango juice. Tks Youssef for the extra carry on mango juice on my check out :D Hostel Is very affordable, clean and easy to meet new people. Highly recommend when you visit El Cairo.

Mohamed is the nicest host ever. We arrived late at the airport, around midnight and we had a pickup arranged from the hotel. He helped us to understand how to get around places and also arranged a tour(s) for us. He showed us the most amazing restaurant for local Egyptian food. Fresh homemade Breakfast (cooked by his mom) either Continental or Egyptian (based on personal choice) is served at your preferred time. Mohamed offers hospitality at its best. He is very kind and super friendly.

Located in the heart of Cairo, this hostel is 10 minutes’ walk from the Egyptian Museum and the Nile. It has a terrace and rooms with a balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available. An excellent place run by really friendly people who like to engage with travelers. I had a great time staying there. Sara and team took excellent care of me. Had great conversations with them. The breakfast is fantastic. The terrace is a cool place to hang out if its not too cold. In all, I highly recommend this play if you are visiting Cairo. Location is fantastic, you are literally in the center for anything and everything,

Lovely atmosphere and good possibilities to connect to other visitors. Cheeky and friendly staff available at all times. Beautiful pool to cool after excursions and hot egyptian sun. Perfect location. Stylish rooms and public spaces. Cute kitties too give a lot of joy for guests. When I am next time in Cairo, I stay just in Villa Layla.

The staff, especially Omar, who assisted us on getting a cut, shopping fruits and chattering till night was exceptional. Ahmed was very warm too, welcomed us at night after our late flight, serving us a loaded breakfest every day and yes - it's the same like in the photos. They don't try to overcharge you too much and the tours (which we didn't take) were fairly priced. You're not being pushed into anything. The property is very new and despite being situated in chaotic Giza streets, its location is pristine - on a walking distance to the pyramids. You can take a walk to the pyramids through the authentic streets where (almost) nobody harasses you as a bonus. Really awesome - friendly, clean, you'll feel like you're at home.

The breakfast was good even though not perfect. I like to stay here. The location is perfect to go everywhere by walk. The place was quite clean. We stayed here for 2 nights with my family and all of us were satisfied.

They can help you get uber if you are having issues with booking. Location is perfect. Less than 5min walk to the Pyramids Entrance/ Ticket counter. I got a great room with a direct view of the pyramids. Super nice! I can see the pyramids from the bed overlooking the balcony. There’s free water, coffee, and tea and sugar in the room. Rooftop was a great spot to see the pyramids as well. And they give you a big, hearty, breakfast. The bed was so comfortable as well. I slept really well. It was also quiet. AC works well. The door is very sturdy. Good supply of water. There is hot water in the shower. They provide shampoo and body wash and hand wash. There are towels as well. But the shower stall is quite small though (because the sliding door is limiting the space a bit) so could be an issue for others but works well for me as I am petite.
