The room itself was just like in the photos, maybe even better. A bathtub next to the glass wall and a view of the pyramids is an excellent and creative idea. It was clean and comfortable. Now the best part is the staff, the willingness to help you without being pushy. They can help with tours, taxi and food that is not in the menu. The food was great, especially “kosher” which is a traditional vegan meal and very big in volume. My girlfriend liked the non-vegan meals too.

To be honest we spent only one night…,,i was having room me and with my girlfriend,,but the place it’s quite and clean,, reception it’s 24 hours and are so kind and try always to help us….the location at the city center ,,,,and the let me feel at my home so i recommend this place. But what makes the stay really exceptional is the company of Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Yehia, who spent all their efforts to help. They were genuinely supportive and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and don't forget to go to the roof at night for an amazing experience.
