The property is brand new and its location couldn't be better with a huge supermarket nearby and the beach down the road. You can walk to Arrecife along the coast, which takes 40 minutes. Will definitely stay again once I am back to Lanzarote.

It will depend on the other guests how close you get, some people are into that, some people are not. But the house facilitates meeting each other. The rooms are also very stylish and clean.

Hostel atmosphere, location right next to the harbour, ruff terazza and large kitchen - great place to meet people.
