I have some backache and here, i have sleeped like a bear and pain disapear. Also, all is always clean and its a pleasure. I wish to Zoran all the best and if i come back to Playa Blanca, i choose one more time chill 12 guesthouse, 100%.

I really liked the interior, the coffee machine is top-notch, the terrace is really spacious. A/C works nicely, all the facilities are really well designed. The host is probably the best in town. The property is brand new and its location couldn't be better with a huge supermarket nearby and the beach down the road. You can walk to Arrecife along the coast, which takes 40 minutes. Will definitely stay again once I am back to Lanzarote.

We booked the suite and I think it's a great option, you have a lot of space, a walk-in closet, a panoramic glass door looking at the pool and your "personal" outdoor chillout armchairs. The common kitchen has really everything you may need, and the overall decoration is really, really nice. It's easy to reach every part of the Lanzarote island by car from there, and there is a convenient private car parking. We booked a surf lesson at Famara beach through the owners and it was easy to organize and fun even for very beginners!

The units in the hostel are fitted with a coffee machine. With a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, certain units at Mirador del muelle house also provide guests with a terrace. All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. You get what you pay for. For this price its totally Perfect.

The Residencial is 10 minutes walking from Arrecife Port with destination services to Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, Lanzarote Airport is 5 km away. The location is the best! It's literally 5 meters away from the seashore. It's 10 minutes away from Intercambio Vuelta and Estación de Guaguas which are the two major bus stations. The room was super clean and furnished, it was clean after 2 days and towels got changed as well. There is also a kitchen available. The staff is super friendly and kind. Totally recommended!
