Everything was wonderful , Roberto arze was just incredibly helpful , hospitable , very genuine person , we felt like home from the moment we arrive to the moment we left … the location is in the heart but at the same time quite . Private parking is available on site. I really like their service, all the staff are friendly and always there to help you solving your problems. Their reception is 24/7 so you will always get local help when you need! My flight is early and have to take 6am metro, Tina explained very detailed and I love it. The food are nice too, their breakfast has many variety to choose. Bed is comfortable. All in all I love almost everything

At the hostel, the rooms include a wardrobe. The check in process was smooth. Cory showed me the room and explained the facilities in the hostel. Free churros and snack in every morning was amazing. The bed was comfortable and it come with a privacy curtain. The bunk bed frame was very stable and no shaking when my bunkmate were moving or climbing the bed.

The property offers private rooms with a double bed, flat-screen TV, desk and bathroom, as well as dormitories for 4 or 6 people, fitted with bunk beds, lockers, and a bathroom.

Persons with motor disabilities who require assistance should contact the hostel directly after making their reservation, as they may be assigned a top bunk in shared rooms, as not all rooms are adapted. The location was great. so close to main attractions in Madrid. But the best of all was the very friendly and supportive staff at the front disk. They were really amazing. They were also very helpful in arranging me and my family the right pick up from the hotel to go visiting other cities. Overall, I highly recommend this very beautiful neat place. Thanks.

At Sungate Hostel you will find a 24-hour front desk where staff organises a range of activities and sells tickets to local attractions. Other public areas include a shared kitchen and a shared TV lounge. Services like lockers, luggage storage and laundry can be requested onsite. The location of the hostel was absolutely central, close to metro and with all attractions and shopping areas in walking distance (max 20 minutes of walking). The staff was also really good. I would like to give a special shout out to Ana who was ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful regardless of the time. She was super friendly and helpful even when she was really busy, she would ensure and take out time to help and assist everyone.

Offering a variety of private rooms and single beds in both mixed and female dormitories, the hostel also caters for families and groups of friends. The bright rooms come with either a private or shared bathroom, and some have a small balcony. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

All of the rooms at the Hostal Art feature an en-suite bathroom with amenities and a hairdryer. The location was perfect, the staff were always friendly and helpful, they even suggested us what to see and where to eat based on our stay duration. 11/10

The units feature a wardrobe. The location was great, everything very new and though the bathroom is shared we did not have to wait during our stay. The beds were also very comfortable and the kitchen very useful. It was a great option
