From the moment I arrived I felt the incredible atmosphere that makes this place special! It is so easy to connect with other travellers here. The reception team was super nice. They explained me many things about the island and at the entrance they showed me a very helpful food and restaurant guide. My room was really cute! Each room has a diffent theme and the bed linen are decorated and colourful. No the usual boring white. Thank you Tortuga!! I will definitely come back here whenever I am in Tenerife ❤️

I like that the hostel organised dinner together every night with different dish and activities. During my stay I joined the Venezuelan dinner and it's a great way to get to know other people staying in the hostel. This is the first hostel I stayed that has 3 different kitchen and multiple common areas. The toilets/showers are also great.

Casa Grande Surf Hostel is 20 metres from El Médano Beach and 10 minutes’ drive from Tenerife South Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi, a furnished chill-out terrace and surf equipment hire. The vibe of this hostel is something you wouldn't like to miss, I had a great time with people there. The staff is so nice and approachable. My bed was comfortable and I slept well. I also like the little things they provided like a kettlebell, a mattress, surfboards, driving equipment, etc. I like El Medano, so this is the only place I'm going to stay at when I come again.

This comfortable and bright hostel is located 500 metres from La Mareta Beach. I have stayed in this hostel before and for all these years it stayed in my mind as a wonderful place to stay. It was nice to come back to remember all the good times :)
