The hotel owners are the nicest and most humble people anyone will have the joy of residing with. It’s not often you get to see and chat face-to-face with the business owners. The hotel rooms are spacious enough for groups of four to rest. Having two toilets, two sinks and two showers avoids lines in the morning. The morning breakfasts are well prepared and tasty, maybe some of the best apples, milk, bread, and juice I’ve ever tried. The beautiful scenery around the hotel is a plus. The air is so fresh and water so clean, drinkable from the tap even. If you have kids be sure to get to know the animals, especially the friendly donkey!

Rachel at checkout was amazing: so friendly and accommodating with a great sense of humor. The next day, the gentlemen working at the desk was so sweet: he asked if I was cold and offered me a sweatshirt.

Staff work at reception is very friendly and helpful! It’s clean and calm. Location is not in the city center but it doesn’t matter, you can reach there by bus. Its location brings quietness. One of the best hostel I’ve had ever!

It was such a lovely stay at Moana Eco Surf House. We liked all the activities hotel provided us such as Surfing lesson, Skateboard lessons (free), and also morning Yoga (free). They was really great. All teachers are so professional. We liked the skatepark downstairs and breakfast was also great! Thank you Ms. Arancia and everyone for all your kind help while we stayed there.

Nằm ở Santurce cách Trung tâm triển lãm Bilbao Exhibition Centre 9.3 km và San Mamés Rail Station 13 km, Pension Iruna cung cấp Wi-Fi miễn phí ở toàn bộ chỗ nghỉ. Clean and simple but everything you needed (I was able to borrow a hairdryer from reception, there is non in the room which is fine for a room in this category). New bathrooms, external shades for the windows, fan. The room might not have been big but it was big enough! Windows very good blocking out noise from outside. Would definitely stay there again! Bring earplugs in case you get a room close to the stairs, as other guests coming home late might not be quiet and the doors are not soundproof. Then you will be fine. The location is perfect, as it's just 2min to the metro and close to shops and restaurants and the harbor. In 25-30mins by metro without needing to change trains you're in Bilbao city centre. There's also a bus going to the Arena beach 1min from the hostel.
