Wherever Mini Hostel is offering accommodation in Rovaniemi. The property is located 200 metres from the bus station and 500 metres from the railway station. I like everything. It has a homey environment.

Offering a sun terrace and sauna, Villa Kemi is located in Kemi in the Lapland Region. Both the the Kemi Snow Castle and Kemi Train Station are within 750 metres of the property. Perfect guesthouse!! Everything is so clean. Great location, less than 10 minute walk from train station, 15 minute walk to city center, 5 minutes to a grocery. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and give you tips for your trip. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Hot showers. Cute decor. Nice lounge area with board games. Coffee and tea are included. Doors are automated so you don’t have to keep track of a key. If I would have known this guesthouse was going to be so nice and cozy I would have stayed longer and had a rest day on my trip here. Everything was great.

Hostel Café Koti is located in central Rovaniemi and offers bright and Scandinavian-style rooms and dormitories. Sampokeskus Shopping Center is 500 metres away. We stayed in a private room with private bathroom. Not in the dorms. Cafe Koti is in an amazing location. Right near everything in the city center. Everything we needed was within walking distance. It was easy to catch a bus to Santa Claus Village, which was the only thing not in walking distance. We were even able to walk to the train station when we left. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We were able to check in a bit early. We were also able to store our luggage when we arrived, and after we checked out. The breakfast was very good. A nice selection of items. Everything from freshly baked bread, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, granola, cookies, coffee & tea. There were other food and drink options available for an additional charge, but we were very happy with what was offered. The room was a nice size for our needs. The beds were comfortable. There was a sauna near our room. The 3rd floor had a common area and shared kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and clean and nice looking facility. Sauna was a great bonus. Room had a big television and a small fridge and was just percet for someone travelling alone.

Beautiful middle age style building of an old Finnish school, the owner told me the story. Facilities are good and the shared bathroom is perfectly working and clean. Location is perfect to chill and enjoy nature, still very close to the market and the rest of the town (10/15 minutes walk). The sauna is super convenient and free of charge. Rooms are spacious, with big wardrobes, and beds are comfortable. There's also a common room with various sofas and games to share some time with other travellers. The kitchen has everything you may need. The owner was very welcoming and always ready to help and suggest the best activities in the area. Very good price point in the area considering the facilities, everything else is way more expensive, especially for solo travellers that can't afford a 500 euro/night chalet.
