Host Lotta was amazing, very warm and friendly person. I think she was the gem of this place, felt really welcome and saw how carefully she took care of the rooms and space. One evening there were churros free to take, yummy! There is a common kitchen room to cook food in and a separate dining room, where we met a lovely family also staying there and had fun sharing our Ruka skiing/snowboarding experiences of the day. The sauna was very nice too, we used it every night during our stay. The room was very enough for us, and we had no problem fitting our snowboarding clothes and gear there. The room also had a sink, from which we drank tap water and it was fine.
