The hostel Auberge de jeunesse L'Escale offers accommodation in Dunkerque, a 10 minute walk from the beach. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Quiet area, really friendly staff who were really helpful. Rooms were tidy and comfortable and the kettle in the room was gratefully received. An easy drive from Dunkirk ferry port and ten minutes from the beach - location was great! The car park was easy to find and the bathroom was clean with a very big shower!
