The reception staff was very friendly and quickly explained me the process of entering the premises with a key fob for the automatic doors to ensure the guests safety in the after-hours when there's no one at the reception. The rooms are "roomy" in size, no AC options but good air circulation, as the purpose of my trip was tourism i barely spent time in the premises but i couldn't find anything negative to say, as i understand this is not a commercial chain hotel which is very clearly shown on the accommodation description (make sure to read the specifics ahead of time), which means it may not be available year-round for obvious reasons. The breakfast and dinner options are filling, delicious and varied with vegetarian options for those looking for that specifically. Adding to the location and the food included, there's simply no better option in this area of London for the price. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and i wouldn't mind staying here again.

Free luggage storage is available for early check-ins and also check-out days. The staff were super friendly, accomodating, and were very welcoming. A group night was organised which made tye stay fun as I could connect with other travellers. I would highly reccomend!!

Onefam Notting Hill provides accommodation in London near Portobello Road Market and Royal Albert Hall. This is a social party hostel designed for young backpackers and solo travellers. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, and free daily activities and evening events. I had a really nice time in Onefam. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice experience in general. Every day there are walking tours and dinner together, which gives you a feeling of family from day one and makes you feel included. On my first day here I arrived way too early, when my bed was not ready yet, so Jackson took me on the walking tour and it was lovely. In general, the staff is very friendly (shoutout to Jackson&Michael ;)) Thank you for the nice time :)

The place had a lot of activities room, I loved the scouts theme as I was one in my childhood , They even have a map to pin where the visitors came from. It was clean, quite, fun, and very affordable. The staff were very helpful and smiling and I really believe they are valued in this place
