Great location. Our daughter loved saying hello to the horses and the donkey each morning. Really spacious, everything you need for a great stay. Felt really safe for the 2 young children, loads of car parking, just brilliant

Loved the simple open plan layout - very modern and stylish! The bath is incredible.. Great location - close to ringwood and the new forest. Plenty of room in the courtyard to store bicycles. Prompt reply from host ref key code for keys. Felt very secure & safe! Clean & Tidy

Great location and convenient parking at the hotel. Good hearty breakfast. Nice staff. Powerful shower. Clean and tidy. Cheap for the area and adequate for a one night stay.

The gym Access, the Breakfast and the comfort of the room all exceeded my expectations in relation to the cost of the room. It was the cheapest in the area but was much better than a larger budget chain hotel. also the hotel went above and beyond, for example, we never expect to have lactofree milk at breakfast but they offered us several different options including plant based milks.

Breakfast was lovely each morning and staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy. A good cheap stay in an old pub if you are looking to stay in Fareham. I was worried about noise from the pub but the rooms are all at the back and it’s very quiet. Nice big car park at the back too.
