A refurbished Sussex farmhouse, a 5-minute walk from Southease Railway Station, YHA South Downs is set in extensive grounds and has an on-site restaurant and colourful, modern bedrooms.
Luggage storage and a laundry service are available to guests. Packed lunches can be made on request.
Friendly staff and location. Definitely if I'm in the area in the future I'll choose this place to stay.

lovely little room, perfect for a single person for a 1 night stay. Was in a great location, so close to the town centre & the beach. Staff were very friendly & couldn't have done more for me, to make me feel welcome & safe during my stay. Would highly recommend & would stay again if I'm passing through Eastbourne!

Great location, good size of the room and very comfortable bed. A kettle and tea/coffee facilities available in the room so a big bonus. Breakfast was good, cheap and reasonable portions. I would stay again as it's located in the City and just by the sea.

This is a youth hostel, it is cheap, and it is good enough for a short stay. It is old and needs refurbishment. I'd probably enjoy it more if I would still be a student and 15 years younger. It can be fun!
