In Birmingham’s thriving Jewellery Quarter in the city centre, this modern hotel offers an accommodation with breakfast and free WiFi in all areas. Elsa, the receptionist, was very kind and professional. She provides guests with an outstanding service. The location was great - approx. 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room is very nice, the lockers are huge, very safe and just above your bed. There's plugs for phones and reading lamps - ALL OF THEM WORKING PROPERLY. The bed was ready when I got there and they provided me with a towel too. I loved all the facilities and decorations. The luggage storage service is great [really safe] and FREE OF CHARGE. They really provide you with everything you need. My experience with Selina was great - I think they are excellent at what they do.
