A clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Kutaisi. It is close to the center but in a quiet street, and it has all facilities necessary! We really enjoyed our stay here. A genuinely kind-hearted, caring, and polite person who radiates warmth and creates an atmosphere of peace and harmony. You can feel that he’s put his soul into this space. And the price? Simply amazing. It’s hands down the smartest way to travel on a budget without ever compromising on the quality of your rest. A true gem — I’ll definitely be back!

Gives you a traditional home feel. Common area to hang out. There are dogs and cats that are super friendly and take pets if you give them, but never approach you if you don't go pet first. Not a special or dust, everything is being cleaned daily. And the owner bends over backwards to make guests happy and make sure they have everything they need. Very helpful. Amazing experience.
