Manager Brendon is super friendly and nice. He gives you every help you need and makes you feel right at home the moment you step in the hostel. The beds are super comfy, and the room has enough space for everyone. I had a problematic roommate who had personal and attitude issues and gave a bad rating to this hostel. Total lie because this hostel gives you more than you pay for! All the other roommates were respectful and nice apart from her. The staff gave her everything she needed, but she was never satisfied. She was on the same tour as me and complained so much the whole time and said she was harassed by the guide, which was also not true. I recommend this hostel in Tbilisi! Very clean kitchen and common room, I must add.

You can use the washing machine, it's also free. The hostel is situated near the metro (10 min). The staff is very polite.

The room is nice and comfortable, the surroundings are full of cute aesthetic decorations. The kitchen and bathroom also nice. The location near to bus station and near to city center, but it was kinda hard to find the place because no sign, but no worries the owner will tell you exactly and send pics where the place is. The owner is so nice and she speaks basic english. A good choice to stay in!

Tina was very quick to respond to any queries I had and very warm reception. Would definitely choose to stay there again. Note: the house entrance is in the courtyard behind number 5 so go through the gates next to left of building marked #5 and you will see a sign for Tina's guesthouse.
