Lorena is the hard working manager there along such as Elvis, Alex, Christian, Hugo and Erika who helps keep the place clean and who also makes pancakes for breakfast. All the staff are knowelegable about the tourist destinations in Guatemala and how to get there safely. Many of the staff speak English also. The showers are hot and bathrooms are very clean

An amazing hostel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is perfect with easy access to shopping and the airport, and the facilities are top-notch. The pool is a great bonus, and everything is always clean, from the shared bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it!
