The location is in a very nice area with many restaurants and shops within 5 minute walk.The workers are all friendly and very smart. Lorena is the hard working manager there along such as Elvis, Alex, Christian, Hugo and Erika who helps keep the place clean and who also makes pancakes for breakfast. All the staff are knowelegable about the tourist destinations in Guatemala and how to get there safely. Many of the staff speak English also. The showers are hot and bathrooms are very clean

We like hostels so the shared bathroom was perfect for us. the view from the balcony of the city was great. the rooms were cozy with a twin/queen bunk bed along with a single bed. they have a shared kitchen where we paid a very reasonable amount for Eduardo to cook us scrambled, eggs, fruit, refried beans, coffee and a smile. Eduardo met us when we arrived in the evening and took us to the airport for a small very reasonable fee in the morning.
