I only spent one night here, but I absolutely loved that. The staff was nice, and spoke good English. They gave me water and asked if I needed a towel. Everything was clean, every bed had its own folding table and mirror with lights! No bugs spotted. The location is easy to find, there is a lot of transportation around, 24 hours stores and some cafes are also close.

It's also near shops (food, grocery, tech, & convenience store). The beds are actually quite big for one person. I also like the safety box feature. The common area is very spacious, provides fridge storage, and a place to hang out. Staff is fluent in English, which is a huge bonus. They also offer laundry services (for a price). Bathrooms are regularly cleaned as well. You can stay in the common area after checking out too.

I had a couples room and it even had a street view. Nice location in Kowloon. The overall building was a bit basic but the manager was friendly and welcoming.

This place is absolutely fine for those who wants a budget accommodation. I was confused by some of the negative comments under the hostel and tbh was kinda worried. But what I got was definitely better than I expected. The room is nice with windows (although I have been told that some of the rooms are without windows). My bedsheets and floor are clean, restroom was fine, although the hot water was not looting enough due to the cold weather. But these are fine for a budget place cuz you know you are not here to find a luxurious experience. The staff are nice. They responded me in WhatsApp and Booking.com. They even sent me reminders for checkin which was very guest friendly.
