The host Antonella was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early since we were traveling by bike. We also had an early departure the next day so she prepared us some breakfast for the road which was very nice. Great location and facilities!

Built in 2017, the tastefully decorated Hostel Free Bird is located in the centre of Dubrovnik, about 500 meters away from the Main Bus Station and 2 km from the UNESCO-protected Old Town of... Everything there was great- staff was very nice and helpfull, the place is clean and space well organized. Next to the hostel is bus stop, grocery shop, bakery and even court to play valleyball or football. My experience there was very positive! Also they let u leave your baggage here if u still have time to explore the city after the check out.

Perfect for an overnight stay before taking early ferry. Room was very clean. We had a great view. Bathroom was clean and decent size.

The hostel is in an amazing location right in the centre of old town. It’s not too far from the beach or from any of the monuments. They provided events for people staying at the hostel which was a great way to meet people. David and Annika were so helpful. The showers and bathrooms are amazing and we’re always kept so clean. One of the first hostels I’ve been to with hot water lol. The beds are nice and they provide towels for free.

I stayed in 2 persons private room with my 8 year old daughter. It was a really nice room and I can't say anything negative about our experience. The shared bathroom was always very clean and never occupied when we needed it. The shared kitchen was also very nice - there was a good system in place for storage in the fridge and possible to borrow spices and oil for cooking. It was really nice to meet the other guests in the shared kitchen area and eat dinner with them. Overall this stay was the best stay of all accommodations we tried in Croatia!
