St. The staff were amazing and incredibly welcoming. We got a lot of recommendations on what to do, and the beds were comfortable. The hostel is full of solo travelers and groups of friends so it’s a great way to meet people, and has an incredible view of Hvar!

Coming from an interrailer : The property is in the middle of the old town which is walking distance to everything, Josefina the manager was amazing she will give you a tour and help you with anything you want, even with booking activities she can help you get a discount. There’s a well equipped kitchen and refrigerator to put your food in and the hostel is just amazing overall (the balcony is really amazing to sit at at night). And there’s a lot to do like activities from jet ski, kayaking, zip lining etc.

Easily the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Dean and Steffi are kind and awesome people who made me feel welcome. Dean dropped me off at the trailheads for several nearby hikes, taught me to hitchhike, and taught me to grill! The common areas, including the bar and patio, are designed to encourage community, so I had no trouble making friends. Group dinners (and Dean and Steffi’s friendliness) help also. It’s a beautiful building and very clean. There are several beaches within a ~10 minute walk of the hostel. The other guests and I went night swimming - the beaches are magical at night because of the phosphorescent plankton!

I was very pleased with almost everything. considering that it is a hostel and not a *****-hotel. Particularly nice were the cleanliness, the spacious showers, the A/C and the free coffee and tea service. You might also appreciate the central location with bountiful cultural heritage around you.Great stay!

The place was clean with a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can hang out. The hosts were friendly and helpful with tips. They organise group outings and pub crawls every night. The hostel is 5 minutes away from the city center.

En Route Hostel is situated in Split, a 15-minute walk from the UNESCO-listed Diocletian's Palace and a 10-minute walk from the locally popular Bačvice Beach. 10/10. Nothing else needed to be mentioned. Can t be better. 10 min walk to bus station,city centre and the port. Just next to basketball arena where the all time best basketball team played ( YUGOPLASTIKA) and where history was written
