The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to connect with other travelers. The room was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including AC, hot water, and towels. We also joined the Ijen tour, and it was an unforgettable experience!

It is in a good neighbourhood, few minutes grab drive from the train station. It was comfortable and quiet. The people that work here are sweet and kind. Very clean accommodation and a very zen vibe in the hostel. Nearby fun bars and restaurants but not in the crowded area which gave me a good nightrest. The owner Daniël is very helpfull and relaxt and we had a lot of good en fun talks. Every morning there is hot water for tea or coffee and bottles water u can take.

Dorms are only four beds to a room, so pretty quiet and spacious. Curtain, reading light, power outlet, and tiny shelf in each bunk. Lockers are available (fit medium-large bag), and are conveniently outside the rooms (so more quiet). Staff are very kind and very helpful with logistics questions. Appreciated the water refill (to avoid plastic disposables). Vegetarian pancakes and fruit available for breakfast. Walking distance from lots of great restaurants, the cool/hip Jl. Prawirotaman street, and Alun-Alun Kidul.

Muk was truly the perfect host, making everyone feel included and safe. He talked to everyone, tipped us about great stuff to do, and organized and took us out to do whatever we wished for, whenever we wished for it. The other staff was also very kind. Other than this, the hostel was also perfectly situated in Yogyakarta: Central, yet calm and quiet, with a real home-feel to it.
