Set in Dublin, 700 metres from Croke Park Stadium, Gardiner House Hostel offers accommodation within a 200 year old converted Victorian chapel. Definitely recommend in one of the most expensive cities in Europe. Near from everything, the receptions guys everyone was so polite and helpful, nice and clean bathrooms.. Also the room for four people is good enough and warm.. Breakfast included the ideal to start your day, with some cereals fruits etc Very cheap compared to other solutions! Thank you

I've always been vehemently against staying in hostels because I like my space and I hate fake conversations with strangers....as well as loud kids on jump year partying... however.. Booked a bed in a 4 pod, all female dorm, ON A SATURDAY NIGHT in Dublin, expecting the worst..... I took a gamble and was pleasantly surprised. Slept like a queen.

I liked the fact that I was in the unfortunate incident of losing my phone while in Ireland and everyone was very helpful from letting me use their phone and directing me to where I need to go. I found the facilities great, the hostel very well located and fairly clean. If there is anything that I liked less and it's not really the fault of the hostel is how far up you need to go if you are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I would definitely request a lower level room if you can. If ever I come back to Dublin I would consider staying at the Leevin again.
