Knockree Hostel is an amazing and friendly place!! The facilities were very clean, the room was warm, and the shared spaces very comfortable and welcoming!! The staff were very helpful and friendly too. It’s a very nice place to stay at, in the middle of the countryside, with a wonderful view on the sunrise above the mountains in the morning! The location is also perfect to join the Wicklow Way, only a 10 min walk. Thank you Knockree Hostel!!

Glendalough International Youth Hostel is set in beautiful Glendalough, surrounded by its pretty countryside and at the foot of Camaderry Mountain. We were very happy with our stay in the hostel. The location was excellent! In the middle of beatiful nature and only few minutes from the historical site. Parking was very good next to the building. The room was quite, we did not experience any disturbance. The kitchen area was large and there was a lot of space in the shared dining room. The kitchen was equipped sufficiently for our needs, there were also two big fridges for the food to be stored. The staff was very friendly and very helpful; even if we came rather late, we could still cook a meal before the gas was turned off.
