The hostel has a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed (and much more :-)) I was very pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and hostel as a whole. Next to the hostel there is a bar where we could sit in the evening and enjoy a wide selection of drinks. It is connected to a small convenience store.

The hostel has a pretty landscaped garden and balcony, with seating areas and stunning views of the area, and also offers free transport to the boats over to Skellig. Free transport arranged to Skelligs departure, if you book a tour with Casey Tours. What a little gem. Incredibly good value for money and very comfortable beds. Rooms and bathroom are small but clean. Mary made us the best cooked breakfast and gave us some great travel tips.
