Everyone is very friendly, there are a variety of spaces to sit in the common areas (so very neurodivergent friendly for those who prefer cushions over chairs), and the hostel provides fresh eggs (when the hens lay) and bread! Staff were lovely, flexible, and super helpful. Rooms were comfy.

Dromid hostel is a clean and well-serviced hostel in a small village near the Kerry Way. As we are a big family, we have had a shared room just for ourselves. The hostel has a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed (and much more :-)) I was very pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and hostel as a whole. Next to the hostel there is a bar where we could sit in the evening and enjoy a wide selection of drinks. It is connected to a small convenience store.

Sive Budget Accommodation in Cahersiveen provides pleasant accommodation close to the many sights of County Kerry. This busy market town offers boat crossings to the World Heritage Site Skellig Rock. What a little gem. Incredibly good value for money and very comfortable beds. Rooms and bathroom are small but clean. Mary made us the best cooked breakfast and gave us some great travel tips.
