They included 4-5 mattresses on the floor. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn't know in advance that there is a full kitchen available for guest use, but we will know for next time. There are three refrigerators for guests to store food, an oven, stove, dishes and microwave. A coffee station was set up, as well. My kids really enjoyed the board games and puzzles available to use. We will definitely be back.
