This has been by far the most comfortable, clean and good value for money hostels we have stayed at throughout our month long trip in India. We stayed in a private room for about 2 weeks while doing a paragliding course. It’s also very social and the volunteers, Rishi and Mai, are the a lot of fun and always down for a bonfire, card games or a chat. I can definitely recommend dormigo to anyone lucky enough to find themselves in Bir. It’s also right next to the deer institute for anyone interested in enrolling in a course there.

Eevolve Dharamkot - An Eco Hostel có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và nhà hàng ở McLeod Ganj. Position: quiet area, surrounded by trees, at a short walk distance from Dharamkot and Bhagsu (if you know the shortcuts!); People: the staff was nice and efficient. Most guests were easy going, well-behaved and nice to be around and talk to. Food: they have a large menu of food (indian and international) available at any time if the day, ideal if you want to chill and eat something without going to Dharamkot or Bhagsu. Food quality, price and and portion size was in line with most cafes and restaurants in the area

The accommodation of Yogesh & Medini was exceptional. We felt right at home, them attending every request we had with a smile. The place is secluded and beautiful, the view from the room is just amazing. The food was great and Buddy the house dog is the king (: The rooms were big and clean. A lovely stay next to Kasol, good value for money. A home away from home.

The hostel has an amazing location just past the busiest part of Bir, with a view of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are big and clean, and the beds very comfortable with their own privacy curtains. The owner of the Hostel, Raman, is an amazing individual making the hostel experience more superb. He's well travelled and does anything he can to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. For comfort, price, location and company you wont find any place as good in Bir.
