Can’t thank them for all the efforts they have put to make our travel n trip safe n enjoyable. Not only the owners but the other staff as well cooks, cleaning staff, front desk staff. The location is just below lower Pelling, and there's a path going 15 min downhill just after the last snack shack and buildings. Location is wrong on maps.me app. Look for 'Wake in Himalaya' hostel which is next foor. There's also the road if you're driving, then a short steep path upwards.

After three months of traveling all over the country of India, I finally found a quiet and cozy place in this hostel. The staff I very helpful and nice. In the coffee are very often interesting guests from all over the country as singers etc. The food both in the coffee and in the hostel is very tasty. I can  lovely recommend the hostel to everyone.

The host and the staff ( Lawrence especially)were friendly and helpful. Also, the food was organic and delicious. Big thanks to the chef! I stayed alone for 11 days and it was quite safe.
