After years and years of traveling around the world and countless hostels, I can say this is one of the best I've stayed at. The Crossroads Hostel is located in Varadoor, one of the quietest areas of Wayanad, immersed in a typically rural context where you can find peace and serenity. Also the manager of the hostel, Abi, is a great person, always ready to help you. Several times he took me to the bus stop on his motorbike or came to pick me up to take me back to the hostel after some excursions or trekking. It is located just over 20 minutes from Kalpetta, the main center of Wayanad, by and large the focal point from which to reach the start of the main treks. What can I say, I had an extremely good time in this hostel. Nice atmosphere, serenity, comfortable rooms, nice people, clean rooms. If you are in Wayanad look no further.

It also happens to be a very cute comfortable place with several common areas making it conducive for social interaction. Monkeys can be viewed from the balcony. The man working here is also very friendly. Also it is very close to the main road but magically positioned tucked behind it so you dont get the noise
