Beds were comfortable and facilities were clean. We didn’t use the showers since we went to the hot springs before.

Laundry facilities are available. it was nice and clean, easy check-in and checkout with their honor system since we arrived super late and I was very nervous about making sure we were able to checkchecking, but it was super easy and fast with their booling message and their log in book. there was also a very nice communal area with a full kitchen and boxes for the tenants. There was even a laundry area and Sauna which we didn't use but definitely can see the usefulness if we had stayed more than one night.
