It didn’t feel like a room was being shared. There was plenty of room in the locker underneath for my carryon luggage as well as my personal item sized bag. There were hooks in the bed area which were convenient. There was even a little pull out table and convenient plug to charge the phone. The entire bed structure is extremely well designed with comfort in mind. The communal kitchen was nice and clean and had everything you needed to cook and space to store your food. I really enjoyed meeting other travellers in the kitchen area. The bathrooms were really clean and the shower pressure and heat were amazing. It was walking super close walking distance from public bus stops as well as the tour bus stops. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the room, where I had especially a great view on the city; I also liked the bathrooms which was very clean too and the fact that it was shared wasn’t a problem. The Kitchen was amazing too. The wifi was nice. I can only recommend. The best hostel I’ve ever been to. I’ll be back there for sure.

Located 3.5 km from Reykjavik city centre, this eco-certified hostel is beside the geothermally heated Laugardalslaug Swimming Pool. The hostel is easy to find with a big car park. Staff was friendly and the room and bathroom was clean. Every bed in the dorm had 3 sockets.

I had a wonderful time at this hostel in Iceland! The atmosphere was extremely cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer tips for excursions and sightseeing. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal. Overall, a great place to experience the real Icelandic feeling. I highly recommend this hostel!
