The kitchen is well equipped, the hostel has a very good location, close to the airport bus and to the city center.. Very nice staff, they help you with your requests. It was my second visit. One of the best hostels I stayed at - clean, spacious, modern, plenty of common areas and bathrooms. Very centrally located meant walking was an excellent option to walk all over the city. Having a sink in the room was a great feature. Check-in and check-out were contactless and very simple. It was a pleasure to stay here.

This was my second time here and I like it. The entire building is clean, enough facilities for everyone (I never had to wait for shower), the kitchen is really nice and has everything. I stayed in the 10 bed room both times - everything was okay and I loved it. If you're used to hostels and are thinking of staying there, go for it. The beds are super nice, I always found a nicely done and fresh bed waiting for me. If you need to store your luggage, just ask for the locker room. The staff is always nice and helpful. One of the things I love about this place. :) Definitely can recommend!

Featuring a lounge, bar and a rooftop terrace with a city view, this eco-hostel is just a few steps away from Laugavegur, Reykjavík's main social hub. Great vibe. Nice hangout area, excellent location if you are booking tours as you wander 2 minutes down the road for the bus pickup stand. Beds were nice (no cutrains though). Bar is also good with deals throughout the week to lessen the cost of expensive incredible rejkavik.

Small little town just outside Reykjavik. It is only a 10 min drive into the main city so you are close enough to go there with a car anyway. Slightly closer to the airport is also an advantage if you are concerned about flight times. The room was great and facilities all comfortable. There is also the football stadium (FH) just around the corner - we went to a game there and would recommend if the fixture aligns with your plans.
