Nice kitchen and bar in the evening. Easy communication and instant replies from the staff. Also big up for Gilberto for renting scooters right at the hostel!

This hostel boasts a furnished terrace, a shared lounge and a bar. It's central located but the best part was fun. There is so many thins to do. They are all so friendly, free drinks, free food all over the place. My stay was short but I want to come back to Naples just to be in this hostel again.

Buses stop just outside the property and link with other towns nearby. The nearest beaches are 600 metres from the hostel while the ferry harbour is 1 km away. Excursions to the Amalfi Coast, Pompei and Naples, can be booked on site. It was clean, it was what I looked for a night and very close of the train station.

La Controra is a former monastery with garden, transformed into a friendly hostel in the centre of Naples. Rooms have air conditioning.

The hostel had some good vibes. Upon arriving they immediately put you at ease. They provide you with some information about Napels and around, including a map if you want to. They remembered my name and as far as I could tell, from many others. Anytime somebody would leave they would remind that person to take a 10 cent from the bowl, because of the elevator. It was just a happy place to be and would certainly recommend or come again if I am in the neighborhood.
