Great facilities including a wonderful garden with plenty of seating and open space, and area for yoga/ meditation. Inside also a shared space and kitchen. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good too, easy walking distance to transport and local shops.

The breakfast is amazing. Most importantly the beds don’t “bother” each other— not your typical dorm where the person on top moves and shakes you. So well thought out with plus and light at bed. En suite bathroom plus an extra one in hall. Extremely clean, great garden. Highly recommend!

The property was in a great location, very close to the beach and the station, making it super convenient for exploring the area. It was spotless, well-organised, and very comfortable. The host was extremely prompt in responding and assisted us throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

La Controra is a former monastery with garden, transformed into a friendly hostel in the centre of Naples. Rooms have air conditioning. Lovely staff and lovely area. Best decision to chose la controra specially if you coming to the city for the first time.

I have spent one night at the hostel, then came back again after two days . All i can say is that it felt literally like home !! and the staff is AMAAAZIIING! They helped me with my bus ticket as my credit card for some reason didnt work , and the guy at the reception was soooooooo helpful that he paid the ticket for me (if you re reading this im sorry i cant remember your name unfortunately as my head was literally off hahaha) Anyway, the hostel is great, but what i liked the most is the bathrooms that were really cleaan and were like four bathrooms ?? i cant remember but they were so clean, and the breakfast??? i mean it was such a good meal 💕 Cant wait to come back soon .
